PRESENTATIONS | LECTURER INSTRUCTIONS

PLENARY LECTURES
The presentation time for each plenary lecture is 40 minutes + 10 minutes discussion.

KEYNOTE LECTURES
The presentation time for each keynote lecture is 25 minutes + 5 minutes discussion.

INVITED LECTURES
The presentation time for each invite lecture is 35 minutes + 5 minutes discussion.

LECTURES
The presentation time for each short lecture is 15 minutes + 5 minutes discussion.

RECORDINGS
Audio/video recording of the lectures or copying of the lecture files is not allowed without prior agreement of the speaker. The organisers reserve the right to take documentation photographs during the meeting.

Presentations in PowerPoint (*.ppt, *.pptx, *.pps) or PDF must be uploaded 30 minutes prior to the start of your session.
Supported media: USB Flash disk or external HDD compatible with Win7 (without installing drivers).
In case your presentation contains video, it must also be on USB as well (separate).


POSTER PRESENTATIONS

All posters will be on display during the whole meeting

Poster presenters are asked to be present during their poster session on 

- Monday, June 26, from 17.00 to 18.30: for authors of odd-numbered posters. (Posters P1, P3, P5 …)

- Wednesday, June 28, from 15.30 to 17.00 for authors of even-numbered posters. (Posters P2, P4, P6 …)

Mounting materials will be provided.
Poster boards size is approx 100 x 200 cm (width x height). Recommended poster size: 85 x 140 cm (width x height).
